$18.00 per hour + Tips Havens Harborside is seeking a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Host to join our team at beautiful Ma'alaea Harbor. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience while helping maintain smooth restaurant operations. Position Details Part-time and full-time opportunities available Starting pay: $18.00/hour + tips Weekend availability required Shifts available:

Lunch:

10:30 AM - 5:00

PM Dinner:

4:15 PM - 8:30PM Responsibilities Welcome guests with aloha and provide outstanding customer service Manage waitlists and seating arrangements through OpenTable Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and inquiries Process and coordinate all takeout orders Maintain an organized and professional host stand Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Help ensure efficient guest flow throughout service Handle all Fresh Fish sales and transactions Ensure Fresh Fish items are accurately entered and processed at checkout Qualifications Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Benefits $18/hour plus tips Flexible scheduling Health insurance available for employees working 80 or more hours per month Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company Join our team and enjoy working in one of Maui's most scenic waterfront locations while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
