In this lively role, you will engage & interact with guests of ALL ages (2 to 92!), to create a fun atmosphere, and ensure everyone leaves with a smile. Your enthusiasm and charisma will be key in elevating the guest experience and fostering a vibrant environment that keeps visitors coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent while contributing to the lively spirit of our venue. Applicants must be 17 years of age or older and have dependable transportation. Applicants must also be reliable and on time. Duties Interact with guests to promote participation, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience Maintain a high standard of customer service by demonstrating excellent communication skills and positive attitude Uphold food safety and hygiene standards during any food-related interactions (Popcorn, snacks, sodas) Clean, clean CLEAN! Duties include keeping mini golf course clean and spotless for our guests enjoyment Experience Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a food service environment is highly desirable Previous experience as an entertainer or theater experience is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating memorable experiences Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries and reservations professionally Money handling abilities that show trustworthyness and reliablity. Organizational skills to manage multiple duties and guest interactions simultaneously, with a smile.
