We're looking for a warm, energetic, dependable, and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Play Café Associate . Hours & Schedule Part-time:

approximately 5-15 hours/week Typically 3-4 hour shifts

Hours of Operation:

9 AM- 4 PM daily, except Mondays During the colder months, weekend hours may extend, with the possibility of being open until 5-8:30 PM depending on parties booked Party hosting is primarily Friday-Sunday Additional hours may be available for parties and special events This position could be a great fit for a mom whose children are in school or preschool, or a student with a flexible schedule. A Note About Our Café Despite our name, we are currently a play space and do not have coffee service yet. Our café is in the works, and we're excited about what's coming! What You'll Do Greet and check in guests Run the register and accurately process cash/card payments Answer questions and help guests with open play, parties, events, and activities Monitor the play area and help enforce safety rules Engage with children and families Clean and sanitize toys, play areas, café areas, party spaces, and bathrooms Sweep, mop, restock, and keep the space clean and welcoming Set up, host, and clean up birthday parties Help with party décor, supplies, and guest needs Jump in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with children Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to multitask in a busy environment Comfortable handling money and using a POS system Takes pride in cleanliness and organization A quick learner with a growth mindset Able to take initiative and see what needs to be done Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Experience in childcare, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment is a plus , but we're willing to train the right person. $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
