Job Description

Pay:
$15.50/hr (including premium pay) with 40 (full-time) / 20 (part-time) hours of Paid Time Off upon hire.
Position Summary :
Greet guests and encourage club membership signups by emphasizing benefits. Create an exciting environment by promoting events and casino promotions. Manage Resort Club accounts and facilitate giveaways and promotions
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
\ Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Greet guests immediately upon approaching club desk. Create patron accounts in casino computer system. Ensure database integrity with accurate data input and edit information when necessary. Provide company policy, program and promotion rules to guests. Assist guests in signing up for the Text Club, E-Club and marketing programs. Approach guests on casino floor for club card usage and encourage club signups with benefits. Keep current on all marketing programs and promotions to accurately explain to all customers. Distribute casino gifts to guests who qualify. Participate in drawings by distributing entries, encouraging guests to participate and/or performing drawing or announcements. Maintain confidentiality of all data including but not limited to customer and company records. Follows proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards. Attends all company required training. Complies with Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines. Meets company attendance requirements. Assists various departments throughout the Resort as needed. May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience :
High School Diploma or GED Basic computer knowledge Prior casino, hospitality or customer service experience preferred #hc254620
