Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage restaurant reservation systems and walk-in seating requests efficiently Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer phone inquiries with clear communication, providing accurate wait times and reservation details Maintain organized waitlists and monitor table status using restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Assist guests with seating, answer questions about menu items or restaurant policies, and address special requests Uphold food safety standards by ensuring cleanliness and proper handling of guest areas Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Experience Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions confidently Familiarity with restaurant reservation management systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interactions Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for handling reservations, waitlist calculations, and billing procedures Experience in food service or hospitality roles that emphasize guest relations and organizational skills Join our team where your enthusiasm for hospitality will shine!
