What You'll Be Doing:

Creating Warm Welcomes :

Greet every guest like an old friend and set the tone for their dining experience. Master of the

Floor :

Manage reservations, organize seating charts, and keep everything flowing smoothly—even during a busy dinner rush.

Guest Experience Guru :

Make sure every guest feels valued, from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they leave.

Making It Memorable :

Go the extra mile to make every visit to 1854 Grille one they'll want to tell their friends about. •Take-Out Master•: As our restaurant gets situated and gains momentum, some host roles may change and take-out duties may also be added.

Those would include:

--Ensuring our to-go orders are packed perfectly and ready on time. --Handling phone and online orders, coordinating with the kitchen, and providing quick, excellent service. What You Bring to the

A warm, friendly personality that makes guests feel right at home. Great communication and organizational skills—because you're the go-to person for seating, timing, and flow. The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. A natural knack for hospitality and making people feel special.
