Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with meals, explaining diets, delivering trays, and responding to requests Ensure patient and workplace safety, follow infection control and food safety standards, and maintain cleanliness of kitchens and pantries Communicate with nursing staff regarding patient care needs and verify tray accuracy and completeness Order, stock, and rotate food and supplies, maintain refrigeration logs, and manage inventory according to established par levels Support training, follow service standards (AIDET), and perform other unit-specific duties as assigned

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent or currently enrolled in High School required.
