PM Job Summary:

Staybridge Suites West Des Moines is seeking a friendly and outgoing Evening Social Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests during our evening socials held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Food and Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and set up light appetizers and beverages (beer and wine) for the evening social.

Guest Interaction:

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

Relationship Building:

Develop relationships with individual guests and local businesses to foster a sense of community and repeat business.

Service Excellence:

Serve food and beverages to guests, maintaining high standards of hospitality and service.

Clean-Up:

Ensure the social area is clean and tidy before and after the event, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
