SAPPHIRE HOST/HOSTESS - PT/FT

$12.00/HR + TIPS (WEEKEND

AVAILIBITY

) Assist with guest service, side work, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests. Assist servers and clean tables as needed. Ring up guest tickets and handle cash transactions. Answer incoming phone calls. Set up and break down buffets and salad bars. Notify kitchen staff when items need replenishing. Deliver room service orders. Complete side work and other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 6 months of customer service experience required. Cash handling experience preferred; barista experience is a plus. Must be dependable with a consistent work history. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and walk long distances. Must be able to lift at least 25-30 pounds. Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
