Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their assigned tables
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
• Assist with cleaning duties, such as clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service ```

Requirements:

```

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of restaurant is a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and food service
