Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive. Duties Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the start Manage restaurant reservation systems and walk-in seating requests using restaurant table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort Answer phone calls promptly, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries with proper phone etiquette Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests or concerns courteously and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times Support food safety protocols by adhering to hygiene standards during guest interactions Experience Previous experience as a host or hostess in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred Experience with restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person and over the phone Familiarity with food service operations and guest relations practices Basic math skills for managing reservations, waitlists, and seating calculations Knowledge of POS systems and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in food safety protocols is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences! Pay:
