Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Manage the flow of guests by providing accurate wait times and seating arrangements
• Answer phone calls and take togo orders with excellent phone etiquette
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner As a Host/Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
