Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere at Bisa Lina. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, assist them with inquiries, and ensure they have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Duties Warmly welcome guests as they enter the establishment. Assist guests with check-in processes and provide information about services offered. Help guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Communicate effectively with team members to relay guest feedback and concerns. Maintain a clean and organized front area to enhance the guest experience. Utilize POS systems for check-in and reservation management. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls from guests. Foster positive guest relations by providing exceptional customer service. Requirements Previous experience in guest services, hotel, or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to help and engage guests effectively. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting guests.
