You'll be the first person many guests meet and a key part of how their evening unfolds. This is a working leadership role for someone who can make people feel genuinely welcome while keeping a busy dining room organized. What you'll do Welcome guests warmly and recognize returning guests

Learn and record guest preferences, special occasions, and seating requests so we can make each visit more personal

Look for thoughtful ways to go the extra mile, whether that means remembering a favorite table or helping make a celebration memorable

Lead and train the host team to deliver attentive, consistent hospitality

Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, and table pacing with managers and servers

Handle wait times and guest concerns with grace and good judgment What we're looking for Host or front desk experience in a full service restaurant

A strong memory for people and details, backed by excellent organization

Warmth, discretion, and the ability to make guests feel at ease

Confidence leading a team and staying composed during busy service

Availability to work evenings and weekends If you enjoy getting to know guests and finding the little things that make them feel special, we'd love to meet you.
