The Country Club Hostess serves as the first point of contact for Members and guests dining at the Club. The hostess ensures a warm, welcoming experience while managing dining room seating, reservations, and overall front-of-house flow. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements:

Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival in a warm and courteous manner Manage dining reservations and walk-in seating efficiently Escort guests to their tables and present menus Maintain accurate wait lists during peak hours and provide wait time estimates Communicate guest preferences and special requests to service staff Answer phones professionally and respond to member inquiries Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth dining room operations Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hostess stand and entrance area Enforce club rules and dress code diplomatically when needed Assist with special events, banquets, or private parties as required
