Oversee the development and maintenance of relationships with community organizations to recruit and maintain contractual providers. Develop and maintain an active waiting list for agency services. Recruit new contracted Host Home providers and ensure they meet the expectations and requirements set forth by EP!C, Department of Human Services, Office of State Fire Marshal, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Mission, Vision, and Values 1. Support the agency's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan philosophy 2. Manage all responsibilities based on the agency's mission, using individual choice, and all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations 3. Conduct oneself in a way that reflects the highest standards of professional courtesy and ethical practices to people served, staff, guardians, families, and all outside contacts. Department/Program Development and Coordination (Delivery of Quality Service) 1. As a mandated reporter, ensure all allegations of abuse and neglect are reported as required. 2. Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. 3. Complete all mandatory documentation accurately, honestly, and on time. 4. Need to complete all required training within 120 days of initial employment and stay in compliance with all the required annual training refreshers. 5. Recruit and ready new contracted
Host Home Providers:
Evaluate candidates to determine eligibility: Verify qualifications and compare to EP!C mission and expectations Interviewing candidates Verifying references Analyzing responses Verify site will pass inspections and expectations 6. Aiding in the completion of inspections (Office of State Fire Marshal and DHS) 7. Completing all required onboarding paperwork 8. Training (ADSP and EP!C Host Home) 9. Aiding in the completion of inspections (OSFM and DHS) for new or altered Host Home sites. 10. Builds applicant sources by researching and engaging with community entities to grow visibility and interest in the Host Home program. 11. Ensure that the Host Home Program increases its revenue base in accordance with the Business Plan approved by the CEO and the EP!C Board of Directors. 12. Coordinating with Marketing Department to develop and maintain an inventory of approved marketing materials. Perform Other Duties as Assigned 1. Attend meetings as directed 2. Serve on committees/task forces as assigned 3. Tasks directed by the supervisor Education/Experience Requirements 1. High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred). 2. Knowledge of general principles of recruiting. 3. Possess a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. 4. At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred 5. Strong knowledge of Illinois CILA regulations, Medicaid Waiver programs, and person-centered planning

Frequent walking and sitting 2. Regular reaching, grasping, and standing 3. Other physical activities related to an office environment 4. Operates general office equipment, including multi-line phone, fax machine, printer, copier, and personal computer 5. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Work Environment 1.
