Your role will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, and handling transactions with a friendly and professional demeanor. ## Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner
• Manage reservations and ensure accurate seating arrangements
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy
• Provide menu information, take food orders, and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and cashier station
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery ## Skills
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting
• Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Knowledge of food service operations and guest services
