Job Description
Kristof's Entertainment Center in Round Lake Beach, IL is looking for two bouncers/ security to join our team. We are located on 421 W Rollins Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. Responsibilities Checking ID's to make sure guests in the bar are 21 or older Ability to be calm in uncomfortable situations Must be willing to confront unruly guests and assist in escorting guests off of the property when needed During down time clean/bus the bar area Have constant awareness of guests in the facility making sure we are providing a safe environment for all of our guests. Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. Qualifications Must be 21 or older Must have reliable late night transportation (shifts will end around 3am) Have great communication skills Must be able to stand for hours at a time
