Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
• Answer phone calls and take to go orders or provide information about the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized host station
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Familiarity with Adelo POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and grace
• Strong organizational skills to manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
