Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Hosts are primarily responsible for ensuring our guests are greeted and have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door.
Examples of hosts responsibilities include:
Greeting customers as soon as they walk in the door. Guiding guests to their tables. Taking reservations and answering the phone. Quoting proper wait times. Ensuring guests are seated in a manner that allows servers to properly take care of the guests needs. Making sure the lobby stays clean and presentable. Complete any side works prior to the end of your shift. Any other duties deemed appropriate by your manager. Qualifications and Requirements Good verbal communication and phone etiquette. Must be at least 16 years of age. Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Be a team player and work well with management and servers. Preferred Skills Prior customer service experience Highschool Diploma or GED
