Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds. Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). Always follow the Company Service Standards model. Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Reports to the Senior Host and/or the Player Development Manager. Promotes the Rewards Program by assisting patrons through the membership process. Educates players in the understanding, application, and usage of the Rewards card to include its benefits. Educates customers on the usage and benefits of casino floor bill validators. Assist with phone solicitation of established premium slot & table patrons. Attends all special events targeting premium players. Meets and greets premium players. Issues complimentary amenities consistent with customer's activity. Handles customer problems and reports all incidents to management. Initiates proper paperwork to insure patron account problems are rectified. Maintains and updates accurate customer information in accordance with CTR guidelines. Work Environment:
The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.Additional Benefits:
