Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service Manage restaurant reservations using reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Escort guests to their tables, ensuring proper seating arrangements and comfort Maintain accurate restaurant table management by monitoring wait times and table turnover Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting food delivery when needed Answer phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, taking reservations and addressing guest questions Uphold food safety standards and ensure cleanliness in guest areas and service stations Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or busser in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant reservation management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Excellent organizational skills to manage seating flow and maintain efficient table turnover Basic math skills for handling reservations, bills, and POS transactions accurately Familiarity with food safety protocols and restaurant operations standards Ability to handle phone communication professionally, demonstrating good phone etiquette Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding guest services Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred but not required Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service, organized operations, and genuine hospitality.
