Responsibilities Greet guests promptly with a friendly, positive attitude, making them feel at home from arrival to departure Manage restaurant reservations efficiently using our table management system Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times, reservations, and general inquiries Maintain organized waiting lists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns in a courteous manner Support food safety and hygiene standards by ensuring cleanliness in the host station and waiting areas Skills Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently Basic math skills for handling seating calculations and managing wait times accurately Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes every guest's experience memorable.
