The Club Room at The Clyde is seeking a Host to join our team! In this role you will ensure that every guest receives a friendly and welcoming experience from start to finish! Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities:

Ensure that every customer is attended with prompt and excellent care - greeted, assisted in any way possible throughout their visit, and thanked as they exit Communicate and Coordinate between the service team, front door staff, and customers Ensure that the message is always positive and focused on meeting guests' unique needs and providing an excellent experience Effectively and proactively resolve customer questions and needs Must work well under pressure and be highly flexible and adaptable Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor required Ability to diffuse and handle potentially difficult situations with tact and professionalism Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required Pay is flexible, commensurate with experience We celebrate great food, coffee, and live music every day... come join us!
