Full Job Description Currently Hiring:

Part time, shifts run from 4-9 or 10pm. Includes complimentary shift meal, flexible scheduling.

Essential Functions:

Answers incoming telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Manages reservations to effectively seat the entire dining room. Greets guests entering and exiting in a courteous and friendly manner. Possesses knowledge of food and beverage menus. Able to properly set and clear tables. Understands the mechanics of service and the general flow of the restaurant. Maintains a clean and organized workstation. Provides a professional appearance at all times in accordance with Brooklyn's uniform guidelines. Follows all company guidelines with respect to attendance, policies, and procedures. Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by a MOD at any time.

Requirements:

Great customer service skills. Able to work all shifts with flexible scheduling including all weekends and holidays Brooklyn's is open. Minimum 16 years of age. Ability to lift 75 lbs.
