Job Description

Essential Job Functions:
Operates a cash register. Collects cash, credit/debit, comps and room charge payments from guests. Greets and escorts guests to dining tables. Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and Company and departmental standards. Responds to customers' special requests or complaints; informs the supervisor on duty. Counts money and balances bank with cage. Completes and submits transaction reports and documentation. Answers phones; directs calls and/or provides dining information upon request. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Other Job Functions:
Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events. Provides room service. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Experience Required:
Previous cash handling experience.
Education Required:
