Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest relations and ensuring a friendly atmosphere Manage restaurant reservations using our table management systems, accommodating special requests and optimizing seating arrangements Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and clear communication skills Maintain accurate records of reservations, waitlists, and guest preferences to enhance service efficiency Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process customer payments quickly and accurately Assist with food safety protocols by following proper hygiene standards during guest interactions and cashier duties Support the hosting team by organizing tables, coordinating with servers, and ensuring timely seating of guests Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or cashier in a restaurant or food service environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on friendly customer interaction Knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Excellent organizational skills to manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently Ability to handle phone communication professionally, demonstrating proper phone etiquette Understanding of food safety standards and hospitality best practices Previous experience in serving or guest services is highly desirable for delivering exceptional guest relations Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by combining your hospitality expertise with your passion for guest service.
