This role is the first point of contact for residents, owners, short-term rental guests, visitors, vendors, spa guests, and other guests entering The Vine. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, polished, and comfortable taking initiative throughout the day. This is an active hospitality role, not just a seated receptionist position. The front desk is expected to maintain a welcoming environment, assist guests, monitor building activity, and help ensure the lobby and common areas remain guest-ready at all times.

Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 AM-5:00

$14.00 per hour

Location:

Downtown Lexington, KY Responsibilities Greet every resident, guest, and visitor warmly and professionally Assist guests with directions, questions, building access, and general needs Verify visitor destinations and parking when applicable Monitor the lobby, entry doors, elevators, cameras, and guest traffic Assist with doors, luggage, groceries, packages, and deliveries when appropriate Receive and organize packages and notify residents Keep the front desk, lobby, entryway, and guest-facing areas clean and organized Complete basic walkthroughs of common areas and report maintenance or cleanliness concerns Assist with short-term rental guest arrivals and general guest needs Monitor designated parking areas and communicate parking issues Check in vendors and confirm their destination and purpose Document and communicate guest concerns, incidents, maintenance issues, and unresolved items to management Maintain a professional, calm, and welcoming presence throughout the shift Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable and punctual Professional appearance and demeanor Friendly, attentive, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the day Able to stay alert and productive during quieter periods Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures Hospitality, hotel, concierge, property management, or customer service experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that great hospitality is proactive. The right person will notice when a guest needs assistance, keep the lobby looking polished, communicate professionally, and help create a welcoming experience for everyone who enters The Vine.

Pay:
