Country Boy Brewing was founded in 2012 by four native Kentuckians for one simple reason
  • To make the best damn beer in America.
In a few short years, we have gone on from our humble Lexington operation to add a production facility, restaurant and tap room in the rolling hills of beautiful Georgetown, KY. With two facilities, comes the need for more Country Boys and Girls to join our team.
Position:
Food Runner /
Hostess Supervisor:
General Manager It will be the hostess/ food runner's job to greet and help seat customers as they arrive and to deliver food to the correct tables ensuring a positive experience for our guests The Country Boy taprooms are not just bars
  • they are the tour centers for our entire operation.
It is our responsibility to show Country Boy hospitality to all of our guests!

Hourly Requirements Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
  • Provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Communicate with other staff and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Report to work as scheduled, on time, and in appropriate attire.
  • Maintain a safe and clean, organized and stocked work area.
  • Prepare work area for either opening, mid shift, or closing in accordance with company standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Must be a fully formed human that is honest and capable of holding only themselves responsible for their actions.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm while multi-tasking in a busy environment.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, lift 50 pounds
  • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
  • Must be 16 years of age
Pay:
$12.50
