Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, making them feel valued and comfortable from the start Manage restaurant reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently using restaurant table management software such as Micros POS or similar systems Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about wait times or reservations while practicing excellent phone etiquette Maintain organized waitlists and communicate wait times clearly to guests Assist with guest services by answering questions, providing menus, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly Support the dining team by managing table turnover and ensuring cleanliness and readiness of dining areas Utilize POS systems to update reservation statuses and assist with basic food service operations when needed Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally via phone and in person Knowledge of restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests simultaneously Basic math skills for handling seating counts, waitlist management, and POS transactions Familiarity with food safety standards and hospitality best practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering top-tier guest service!
