Summary of Position:

This position requires the skills necessary to successfully perform the following essential functions: Greeting and welcoming VIP guests with a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor Providing exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs and creating a memorable nightlife experience Assisting with seating arrangements and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the venue Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, entertainers, and team members Handling reservations, guest requests, and large financial transactions efficiently and professionally Encouraging sales of private rooms, VIP booths, memberships, bottle service, and additional club experiences Building positive guest relations and maintaining long-term relationships with current clientele Creating new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, and sales outreach Collaborating with other staff to ensure seamless service and overall guest satisfaction Building strong working relationships with entertainers, hosts, managers, and support staff Maintaining a polished professional appearance and attitude in a fast-paced nightlife atmosphere Making quick decisions and adapting effectively in a high-volume, high-energy environment Working both independently and as part of a motivated sales-driven team Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, bar, lounge, or related customer service industries preferred Professional in appearance Previous sales experience strongly preferred, especially in industries such as automotive sales, cell phones, insurance, gym memberships, hospitality sales, marketing, or commission-based environments Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people Strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining professionalism and composure Comfortable working nights, weekends, and in a high-energy nightlife setting Cold call warriors, door-to-door specialists, hospitality professionals, and sales/marketing extraordinaires encouraged to apply This is a full-time professional career opportunity with unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who excel in hospitality, relationship-building, and sales.
