As the Premier upscale gentlemen's club in the Lexington, Kentucky market, we are looking for exceptional Men and Women with excellent "people" skills. Ideally, applicants will have experience in hospitality in upscale, high-volume businesses such as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or lounges. The applicant must be comfortable in and add to a stable high energy culture of sales hospitality and enhance an enjoyable workplace environment.

Summary of Position:

This position requires the skills necessary to achieve the following essential functions. Greeting and welcoming VIP guests with a friendly and professional demeanor Providing exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs and inquiries Assisting with seating arrangements and ensuring a smooth nightlife experience Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Handling reservations and managing guest requests promptly and efficiently Collaborating with nightclub staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Building positive guest relations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons Encouraging sales for private rooms, exclusive vip booths and additional services Building relationships with entertainers and additional club staff members Requirements Ideally, a Minimum 2 years Prior experience in a high volume Restaurant , Bar/nightclub, Tavern Restaurant, or a related field.
