Louisville, KY Job Details Part-time | Full-time 10 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Position Summary Hotel Bourré Bonne is seeking a polished, welcoming, and service-oriented AM Host to join our Food & Beverage team. The AM Host is responsible for creating a warm first impression for guests during breakfast service while efficiently managing seating, reservations, guest flow, and communication with the restaurant team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, a professional presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. Manage the restaurant's seating and guest flow during breakfast service. Maintain accurate reservation and seating information. Escort guests to tables and provide menus as appropriate. Communicate wait times and seating availability accurately. Answer guest questions and assist with basic restaurant and hotel inquiries. Coordinate closely with servers, managers, culinary staff, and other departments. Monitor table availability and ensure efficient rotation of sections. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Anticipate guest needs and resolve minor concerns with professionalism. Uphold Hotel Bourré Bonne and Hilton service standards. Perform other duties as assigned by restaurant management. Qualifications Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a busy restaurant environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Commitment to delivering an elevated guest experience. Preferred Attributes Luxury or upscale restaurant/hotel experience. Familiarity with reservation and restaurant seating systems. Knowledge of Louisville attractions and local dining. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests. Strong attention to detail and teamwork. Success in This Role The successful AM Host will consistently create a welcoming breakfast experience, keep guest flow organized, communicate effectively with the restaurant team, and represent Hotel Bourré Bonne with warmth, professionalism, and genuine
