Bowling (Control Desk) Attendants ensure that guests have an enjoyable bowling experience during their visit to Velocity by being hospitable while upholding the company's guest service standards.

Daily Tasks:

Manage and track the availability of lanes Greet and proactively communicate lane status and wait times to all guests Ensure that all guests are equipped with the correct footwear and any lane specifications requested Assist management with seamless execution of all large and small private parties Communicate any guest requests to the appropriate staff or management

Musts:

Have availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as the business demands. Work in noisy environment with distracting conditions. Stand for long periods of time. Walk throughout the venue throughout duration of scheduled shift. Read and write handwritten notes. Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
