Job Description:
Clubhouse Host/HostessPosition Summary The Host/Hostess serves as the first and last impression of the Club's dining experience by warmly welcoming members and guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring efficient dining room flow. Essential Responsibilities
  • Greet all members and guests with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage reservations and wait lists using the Club's reservation system.
  • Coordinate seating to maximize service efficiency while maintaining member preferences.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and assist with reservations and member inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, servers, and kitchen staff regarding table status and special requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.
  • Assist with member recognition and personalized service.
  • Thank members and guests upon departure and invite them to return.
  • Support dining room operations as needed. Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm during busy service periods.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and club events. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous hospitality or restaurant hosting experience preferred.
  • Experience using reservation or POS systems is a plus.
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
