Hostess Cashier

Your energetic attitude and excellent communication skills will ensure a seamless dining experience from the moment guests arrive to when they settle their bill. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Handle cashier duties accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Clover POS, processing payments swiftly and securely Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu options, reservations, or wait times Assist with guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and cashier area Support team members by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest flow and service efficiency Skills Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor and positive attitude Proficiency in using POS systems such as Toast POS or Clover POS, Doordash, Uber Eats for processing transactions and entering orders.
