Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and manage the seating chart
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the host/host station
• Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operation
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest services
