Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest flow Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations Assist guests with seating, answer questions about menu items, and address special requests or needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience as a host/hostess or in food service roles with excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with guests confidently Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for reservations and guest management Previous restaurant experience preferred, including knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel or guest services is a plus for enhancing guest interactions Professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage guest inquiries courteously Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences!
