Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive in the breakfast area, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and replenish breakfast items, including food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by cleaning tables, chairs, counters, and food stations regularly Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including coffee machines, toasters, and warming trays Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when handling guest payments or tips Ensure proper food handling and storage practices in accordance with food safety management standards Assist with catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group bookings Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant settings, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Fine dining experience or culinary background is a plus but not required; a passion for food presentation and quality is valued Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and basic food handling techniques is essential Experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems demonstrates readiness for this role Strong customer service skills with in-person interaction experience to create welcoming atmospheres for guests Familiarity with food industry standards related to dietary accommodations, catering, or banquet service enhances your suitability for this position Ability to handle weight in the workplace safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
