Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Duties

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and manage reservations
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Manage waitlists and coordinate seating arrangements
• Answer phone calls and take reservations
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service Skills
• Experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Toast or similar restaurant software is a plus
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm demeanor
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
