Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. A passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Sunday availability is essential. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and thank them upon departure. Seat guests promptly at tables most suited to their needs. Manage reservations and seating to optimize flow. Communicate with kitchen and wait staff for timely service. Assist guests with menu inquiries and restaurant policies. Maintain cleanliness of the host station. Handle phone calls professionally. Handle take-out orders from guests in a knowledgeable and accurate manner. Provide assistance to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with team members to improve the dining experience
