The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage guest relations effectively while maintaining the flow of service in our restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. Manage reservations using Open Table and ensure efficient seating arrangements. Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods, communicating wait times clearly to guests. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu and restaurant policies. Assist with phone etiquette, taking reservations, and responding to inquiries. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues as necessary. Support the overall guest experience by maintaining cleanliness in the entrance area and dining space.
