Job Description
We're opening a new yakiniku-style grill spot in Shrewsbury and looking for a host to be the first face our guests see. What you'll do: Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional welcome Manage the waitlist and keep the flow smooth during rushes Answer phones and take reservations Handle guest concerns with grace and keep things from escalating Keep the front entrance area clean and organized What we need: Restaurant hosting experience preferred Friendly, polished, and comfortable talking to anyone Can stay calm when guests get frustrated Team player who helps out when things get busy Reliable and punctual
