THE JOB:
As a Host Person at the TAP Sports Bar, you'll greet guests promptly, manage reservations, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. If you have 2+ years of experience in a dining host role, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, apply today!THE STARTING RATE
$18.40 per hourTHE DAY-TO-DAY
Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant. Manage reservations and maintain an accurate count using the reservation book. Communicate with Restaurant Reservations regarding special orders and requests, and relay guest needs to management and the kitchen. Maintain knowledge of daily activities, table setups, and restaurant hours, ensuring menus are current and in good condition. Frequently check on guests waiting to be seated, assuring them that their tables are being prepared. Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, shutting down the podium and forwarding phones to voice-mail at the end of the shift. Assist food servers, bus persons, and food service runners as needed.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Schedule will mostly be nights on a part-time basis between 16-24 hours per week 2+ years of prior experience in a restaurant as a dining host is preferredTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
