Job Description

Maître d' Job Description The Maître d' is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. This role oversees the dining room, manages reservations and seating, coordinates service with the kitchen and waitstaff, and ensures every guest receives warm, attentive, and personalized service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with professionalism and warmth Manage reservations and seating to maximize the dining experience Oversee the flow of service throughout the dining room Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless timing Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly Train and mentor front-of-house staff on service standards Maintain the restaurant's appearance and atmosphere Build relationships with returning guests and recognize VIPs Assist with special events, wine dinners, and private functions Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and fine dining etiquette
Qualifications:
3+ years of fine dining or upscale hospitality experience Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Passion for exceptional guest service Knowledge of wine and French cuisine is a plus Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
