Host/Hostess bNapoli Italian - 1.0 West Springfield, MA Job Details Part-time $16 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Referral program Qualifications Food service experience Full Job Description Bnapoli Italian is currently looking for a Host/Host Candidates must have great interpersonal skills (previous Host/Hosting experience) is required As Host/host you will be responsible for greeting customers when they arrive, make reservations over the phone, keep track of waitlists, and minor server assistance Experience with Guest Center on Open Table is a plus (big part of the position) as this is where you will creatively accommodate guests Hours are Tuesday through Saturday 5pm-9/10pm Best attributes for this position is someone who can be quick on their feet and think independently.
