Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Manage waitlists and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or special requests
• Process payments using the POS system (TOAST) accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and hospitality practices
• Familiarity with hotel or restaurant guest services is a plus
