Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist hosts in managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Clear and clean tables promptly using proper sanitation procedures, ensuring a spotless dining environment Buss tables by removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware while maintaining safe manual handling practices Support food service staff by delivering food and beverages when needed, adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key! Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting of trays or chairs when necessary Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards to uphold cleanliness and hygiene Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts Experience with table setting and catering is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by combining your passion for hospitality with your proactive spirit.
