Full On Craft Eats & Drinks in Annapolis is looking for a friendly, organized Host or Hostess to be the first and last impression for our guests. If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making every guest feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. This is an hourly base rate plus tips position. Walk-in applicants also encouraged - just ask for a manager. Please do not apply if you're only looking for seasonal employment.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage the waitlist during busy periods. Seat guests efficiently, balancing wait times across the dining room and servers. Answer phones, take carryout orders & communicate accurate wait times. Keep the host stand, entryway, and waiting area clean, stocked & organized. Support the team by communicating clearly with servers, kitchen, and management during peak rushes.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to stay calm and think on your feet during busy shifts. Reliable availability, including weekends (our busiest shifts). Prior host or customer service experience preferred, but not required - we'll train the right person.
