This role is key to delivering an exceptional member experience by providing a warm welcome and managing dining room flow.

What You'll Do:

Greet members and guests warmly and by name Manage seating and waitlists efficiently Maintain awareness of dining room activity and table availability Provide menus and communicate daily specials Support servers and assist with overall service Ensure members have a positive dining experience from arrival to departure
